The delay for the service is not even speechless, when you come to this bank, come without haste or without having another appointment! Because you can be sure that you will lose your day in it. Horrible service to say nothing else! I will never use this Noah's Ark agency again! Employees unwilling to answer, thinking they are doing us a favor! Ladies only in heels and chatting! This agency manages to be the worst in the region of Itajai and Navegantes!! Without a shadow of a doubt!
